Marriage. Where do i start?

Its something many girls brought up in a culture such as mine like to think of as the defining point of ones adulthood. I’m no stranger to hearing im now becoming a “woman”. But what does that mean? Does it mean the true essence of my nature as a woman will now be required to play a pivotal role in my life, as the one who cares for and nurtures her family?
Because i already know that’s something I’m not ready for.
But then again, when in life am i ever ready for anything?
I wasn’t ready for adulthood but was forced to adapt.
I feel like life itself is about learning to adapt. I don’t always like it but certain things in life just aren’t conducive to a living. But i don’t think i could have picked anyone better to continue my journey of adaptation with.
…And now im trailing off of the topic.

Lets move on to (literally) brighter things. Wedding dresses.
Trying on wedding dresses was by far the most fun aspect of wedding planning. Im going to miss being a bride for that sole purpose haha.
I had a look around at up to four places, and did end up finding a dress- but you wont be seeing that here.
I didnt spend months to years looking for the “perfect” gown or that would have drove me crazy. Its not very hard to find a beautiful wedding dress. They’re all pretty gorgeous.

What i found hard was looking for something with an agreeable price. I was in for a rude awakening as many were priced at 900-1k and over, but alhamdulilah, i ended up finding my dress for well under this.

As for all the other details, they still haven’t been finalised and considering how much of a worry nut i can be, it would be wise to get those sorted asap
